After signing the dispatcher agreement with E-sign. I will be able to handle everything so you can focus on driving safely. After signing, I will handle broker/carrier set up paperwork, W-9, proof of insurance and insurance certificates, rate confirmations, invoicing, bills of lading, proof of delivery, and any other transportation documents. I will also make sure you are compliant with SAFETY/DOT and keep track of your hours of services.
Negotiation Expert
I am dedicated to finding the best loads to fit my carrier's needs. I am always informed on current rates and I will make sure you never settle for less. I will be negotiating on your behalf to ensure you get the best rates possible. I will research both the credit scores and reviews of the brokers we work with to ensure you get paid promptly. I will position your operation at the forefront of the market.
24/7 Support
When it come to support I will be in full communication from the time your wheel start turning until the time they stop. Loads are not one size fits all, so I will work with you to find the best available loads to fit your equipment type. You will never be in the dark as to the type of commodity, pick up times, delivery times or any other pertinent information that will make you job as problem free and profitable as possible.
You have enough to deal with while driving, and my goal is to make sure you can focus on keeping the wheels turning, while I deal with any problems that arise outside of the truck. If you are on the road I will be available to help problem solve any challenges that come our way.
